TCM Acupuncture & Herbal Practitioners survey

GP-TCM is currently conducting an electronic survey using surveymonkey website, which will help to inform us about training, practice and common conditions treated by TCM (herbal, acupuncture and moxibustion) practitioners. This will help the consortium to establish areas where further research is needed.

In order to achieve this,  we would like to invite registered/licensed TCM practitioners to complete a simple anonymous electronic questionnaire via the link given below:

Furthermore, If you are the representative of an acupuncture or herbal body, please encourage your members to complete the questionnaire.
